Cancellation and appointment policy
Last updated: 17 June 2026. Clear expectations help protect route planning, parts preparation and customer time. Final terms can be confirmed when a booking is accepted.
Changing or cancelling a booking
Please contact Tuned Performance as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel a confirmed slot. Mobile routes depend on location, job type, parts and weather, so early notice helps keep the schedule fair for other customers.
Deposits and parts
If a deposit or parts payment is requested for a specific job, any refund or reschedule option will depend on whether parts have been ordered, paint or materials have been prepared, or time has already been reserved.
Weather, access and suitability
Some mobile work may need to be rearranged if weather, access, lighting, safety or repair suitability changes. Tuned Performance may advise a workshop route where mobile work is not suitable.
No-shows
If the vehicle is not available at the agreed time or the customer cannot be reached, the booking may need to be rearranged and a further appointment may require confirmation first.
