Quotes and estimates
Website prices and estimator results are guide prices only. A final quote depends on inspection, photos, vehicle condition, access, parts, location and the scope of work. Tuned Performance may change or withdraw a quote if the job is different from the information provided.
Bookings and availability
Appointments are only confirmed once Tuned Performance agrees the service, price or pricing route, location, time window and any required parts or preparation. Weekday and weekend requests are subject to route planning and job suitability.
Customer responsibilities
Customers should provide accurate vehicle information, safe access to the vehicle, permission to work on the vehicle, and clear photos or part details where required. If customer-supplied parts are faulty, incorrect or incomplete, extra labour or a rebooking may be needed.
Payments, cancellations and rebooking
Payment terms are agreed before the job starts. Deposits may be requested for parts, longer bookings or sourced items. If weather, unsafe working conditions, unavailable parts or inaccurate job information prevent work from being completed, the appointment may need to be rebooked.
Cancellations and time-sensitive work
Customers should contact Tuned Performance as soon as possible if they need to rearrange or cancel a confirmed booking. Where a customer asks for work to start at short notice, or agrees that parts, paint or materials should be ordered for their vehicle, cancellation and refund options may be affected by costs already incurred. This does not affect statutory rights.
BMW and MINI coding enquiries
BMW and MINI coding depends on model, year, ECU hardware, module software, installed options and BimmerCode support. Coding changes supported configuration settings; they are not ECU remapping, power tuning or fault repair. Some requested features may be unavailable, unsuitable, unsafe or not road legal. Any coding enquiry remains subject to compatibility review before a booking is confirmed.
Service limitations
On-site work is subject to weather, access, lighting, safety and vehicle condition. Diagnostics provide guidance based on the information available at the time and do not guarantee that every fault can be identified without further testing. Coding requests are compatibility-led and not an instant-book service.
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory consumer rights.
